La solución ultra robusta ofrece una operación de frecuencia extendida de 4,9 a 6,4 GHz, con la mejor inmunidad al ruido de su clase. Out of the box, the entry level C5x can be used in PTMP mode with speeds of up to 500 Mbps, or PTP mode with speeds of up to 700 Mbps.

Encased in metal and leveraging custom-designed horn and Cassegrain antennas, the C5x reduces localized noise and provides immunity from interference with breakthrough front-to-back and front-to-side performance. Each antenna in the N5-X family is optimized to isolate noise with incredible sidelobe rejection.

To escape the noise, the C5x lets you take advantage of both 4.9 GHz public safety applications and licensed frequencies up to 6.4 GHz, where allowed by local regulations. The custom-designed N5-X modular antennas are specifically optimized for C5x extended frequency support.

Can the C5x base radio at 8 dBi be used without an antenna?

Yes. You can use the base C5x 8 dBi radio without an antenna for short distance links. Please remove the locking screw from the twist-on screws to serve as a drain hole.
